What is Bethany House?
Bethany House is a ministry set up with the hope of providing retreat space for individuals and small groups who wish to step apart from the busyness of day-to-day life and seek spiritual renewal.
The aim is to offer a space where guests can rest, recover from burnout, reconnect with God through prayer, teaching, quiet contemplation and nearness to nature.
We are based out of the Methodist Manse in Tandragee: we firmly believe that this setting will allow us to seek revival and times of refreshing as we seek to glorify His name…

Who Are Bethany House?
Nigel & Robyn are the couple running Bethany House, as a ministry of Table Church.
They have a passion to build up the Church of Christ: both within Table and the broader Christian community in Tandragee.
The pair have been working full-time in Christian ministry since 1991, initially in their home church in Newtownbreda Baptist before moving to Scotland to complete Diplomas of Theology at Adelaide Bible College.
From 2011 they led at the Compass Christian Centre in the Scottish Highlands: running a large centre for retreats, Bible teaching weekends, and a discipleship program for young adults from a range of Churches.
Both Nigel and Robyn felt the call to come home to Northern Ireland in 2024 and seek to engage in the ministry of retreat and revival in a similar way with Bethany House.
They have been with us at Table for the past while, quietly working to make things happen; hosting events, small groups and guests. Helping to strengthen bonds within the Church and encourage Tandragee in a spirit of revival.
The vision is that Bethany House should operate as a place of retreat and prayer to prepare Tandragee for revival and prepare a new generation of disciples after Christ.
We at Table have been blessed in their time with us and happily recommend them to Tandragee and beyond in their calling to help the Church. (A.C.)
